Please ensure that all order details, including product selection, colour preferences, personalisation details, and shipping information, are accurate before completing your purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order number. We will review the matter and work towards a suitable resolution where appropriate.

Please note that slight variations in colour, natural stones, materials, or handcrafted details may occur and are not considered defects.
