Lucky Charm / Blessed Pieces:
Require additional preparation time and are usually processed within approximately 12 working days before dispatch.

All other types of jewellery collection:
Processed within 1–2 working days.

Shipping Time:
Singapore: 7–10 working days
International: 7–12 working days

Please note that slight delays may occur during peak periods, customs clearance, or flight scheduling.

Due to hygiene and the unique nature of our jewellery pieces, all sales are final.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly assist you.

Yes. Many of our vintage and natural crystal pieces are one-of-a-kind or feature natural variations in color, clarity, and texture, making every piece uniquely yours.

Yes. If you prefer your Lucky Charm piece without blessing, simply choose the “No Blessing” option before adding the item to cart.
